When will my plan be effective?
New members who sign up from the first of the month through the 15 of the month will be effective on the first of the current month. Members who sign up from the 16 of the month to the last day of the month will be effective on the first of the following month.

No, this is not an insurance plan. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

Cancellations are accepted over the phone at (833) 795-7784 or by fax at (888) 335-7330. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a 100% refund, less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.
